Becamex Tokyu breaks ground on the MIDORI PARK The TEN project in Binh Duong New City.
On January 12, Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd. (a joint venture between Becamex IDC Corporation and Japan’s Tokyu Group) held a groundbreaking ceremony for its sixth luxury apartment project called “MIDORI PARK The TEN” in Binh Duong New City.
Delegates performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the MIDORI PARK The TEN project.
The Ten is the third apartment cluster in the MIDORI PARK subdivision and features mid-rise apartments with a scale of 10 floors and a total of 300 units on nearly 1.4 hectares of land. The project is designed with the concept of “spacious luxury spaces that provide an intimate experience filled with nature connection” and is the most upscale project designed and built by Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd., offering an unprecedented range of public amenities for luxury living.
At MIDORI PARK The TEN, the average area of an apartment is about 110 m², with a ceiling height of 3.5 meters, creating a spacious atmosphere. The project has a glass coverage ratio of over 70% and uses Low-E (Low Emissivity) insulating glass to reduce external heat, helping to regulate the temperature within the apartments. This project is also the first to use this type of glass in southern Vietnam.
Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party and Secretary of the Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee (on the left), presented a congratulatory flower basket at the ceremony.
Additionally, on the third floor of the public area, the investor plans to include a 50-meter infinity pool, a gym, a BBQ garden, and a large children’s playground. Notably, the investor intends to introduce an Onsen bath (hot bath) for residents in the public area, making this the first luxury apartment project in Binh Duong to offer this amenity. It is expected that MIDORI PARK The TEN will be completed and handed over in the fall of 2025.
Speaking at the ceremony, Nguyen Van Danh, Deputy Chairman of the Binh Duong Provincial People’s Committee, noted that Binh Duong New City has become the political, economic, cultural, and financial center of Binh Duong Province, with many positive and clear transformations in recent years. These developments have been supported by policies and assistance from the provincial departments and the continuous investment and efforts of enterprises. In particular, the positive contributions from foreign-invested enterprises, notably Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd., have resulted in high-quality projects that meet local demands for housing, dining, and entertainment.
