The design of SORA gardens II has a sense of unity with SORA gardens I, such the height and shape of the podium line and rooftop crown are the same as SORA gardens I, and the pools on the 4th floor also facing each other.

Furthermore, with the concept of “eXtra life”, we aim to provide residents with a higher-grade advanced lifestyle, in addition to abundant common facilities such as gym, sauna, flower garden, barbecue terrace, etc., all units have smart home equipment and systems installed in the dwelling units.

SORA gardens Links is responsible for the function of “connecting” and “linking” residents and visitors of SORA gardens I (completed in 2015), SORA gardens II (completed in 2021) and SORA gardens SC (open in Summer 2023).

The development concept is “LINK the Path & Pass to LINK the BDNC”, we aim to create a space that connecting the “path” that leads the way and the “pass” of feelings from person to person to unite Binh Duong New City.

This facility will become more convenient and enjoyable for both residents of the SORA gardens area and visitors to the area as tenants move in one after another.

Khu thương mại Hikari

In the first phase, the 350-seat Hikari Food Court – which opened in January 2015 – has Japanese, Chinese, and of course Vietnamese food booths, where customers can enjoy a wide variety of meals. In addition, there are cafes and restaurants, and it has become a well-established relaxing place for people living in Binh Duong New City.

In 2021, the Hikari Complex started construction as the second area expansion. We set up a new brand concept “Made to enlighten” for the entire Hikari area, and aim to provide residents with a richer and more comfortable life. Hikari Complex is a commercial facility full of water, greenery and light, which is suitable for the nature-rich Binh Duong New City. MIDORI PARK The VIEW

MIDORI PARK The GLORY

The property is a 24-story condominium with a total of approximately 1,000 units, the project has been handed over.
