SORA gardens I
By utilizing the experience and know-how of many years of real estate development in Japan represented by TOKYU CORPORATION’s “Tokyu Tama Rural City”, the design is more sophisticated than existing houses in Vietnam, comfortable living space, and high housing quality. In addition to providing “TOKYU Garden City”, we are proposing “Japan quality” unique to BECAMEX TOKYU, such as implementing “garden” with aerial gardens and wall greening.
In 2019, SORA gardens I received the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Award in the construction project category of the “2nd JAPAN Construction International Award” sponsored by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

Khu thương mại Hikari
In the first phase, the 350-seat Hikari Food Court – which opened in January 2015 – has Japanese, Chinese, and of course Vietnamese food booths, where customers can enjoy a wide variety of meals. In addition, there are cafes and restaurants, and it has become a well-established relaxing place for people living in Binh Duong New City.
In 2021, the Hikari Complex started construction as the second area expansion. We set up a new brand concept “Made to enlighten” for the entire Hikari area, and aim to provide residents with a richer and more comfortable life. Hikari Complex is a commercial facility full of water, greenery and light, which is suitable for the nature-rich Binh Duong New City. Hikari Complex is consisting of about 15 sections of restaurants and cafes, and consists of one or two floors of buildings.

MIDORI PARK The VIEW
