SORA gardens I

By utilizing the experience and know-how of many years of real estate development in Japan represented by TOKYU CORPORATION’s “Tokyu Tama Rural City”, the design is more sophisticated than existing houses in Vietnam, comfortable living space, and high housing quality. The development concept is “LINK the Path & Pass to LINK the BDNC”, we aim to create a space that connecting the “path” that leads the way and the “pass” of feelings from person to person to unite Binh Duong New City.

In the first phase, the 350-seat Hikari Food Court – which opened in January 2015 – has Japanese, Chinese, and of course Vietnamese food booths, where customers can enjoy a wide variety of meals. In addition, there are cafes and restaurants, and it has become a well-established relaxing place for people living in Binh Duong New City.

In 2021, the Hikari Complex started construction as the second area expansion. We set up a new brand concept “Made to enlighten” for the entire Hikari area, and aim to provide residents with a richer and more comfortable life. Hikari Complex is a commercial facility full of water, greenery and light, which is suitable for the nature-rich Binh Duong New City.
